How does a guy from small-town North Georgia — whose father was a welder and whose mother took on every odd job to support her son — end up designing and building globally recognized luxury homes in California and Georgia?

From these humble beginnings, Zane vowed to live life to the fullest. He was determined to do whatever it took to get his dream car, live at the beach, and experience the best life has to offer. That personal pursuit evolved into helping others achieve luxury living through bespoke, one-of-a-kind homes designed in concert with the most discerning clients.

You don't need to have land to start. We work with clients through a two-part contract structure that requires almost no cash at signing — designed specifically to help you secure the right property first. We also have access to off-market land that never hits the public listings, which means you're not competing with the open market for the site your home deserves.

From first conversation to move-in, most clients are in their homes within 18 to 24 months. Design and architecture typically takes 2 to 4 months depending on complexity. Permitting varies by location — anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks. Construction runs 12 to 18 months. We give you a detailed timeline during the discovery phase so there are no surprises.

It starts with a discovery consultation — no pitch, just a real conversation about who you are and how you live. From there, our design team develops full architectural plans, elevations, and 3D renderings until every detail is right. Construction begins only when you're fully satisfied with what's been designed. Throughout the build, a dedicated project lead keeps you informed at every stage. When we hand over your keys, we don't disappear — we stand behind our work long after move-in.

We build throughout Southern California and the greater Atlanta area. These are the markets where we have deep roots, trusted trade relationships, and the ability to deliver at the standard our clients expect. If your site falls within either area, we'd love to talk.

Nothing breaks ground until you can see it. Our design process produces detailed architectural plans, exterior elevations, interior layouts, and full 3D renderings of your home. We revise until the design is exactly right — not close enough, exactly right. You will never be asked to sign off on something you can't fully visualize.

Most builders start from a template and customize around the edges. We don't have templates. Every home begins as a blank page. Beyond that, we work with a curated network of master tradespeople who share our standards — not whoever is available. And because Zane built this company from the ground up with a specific vision for what the client experience should feel like, the relationship you have with us is fundamentally different from what you'll find elsewhere.
